Abstract

ABSTRACT: Against the results of data processing on the performance variable produced cumulative values on an average rating of 178 so that the respondent's judgment is in the quite good category or supports the statement means that the employee performance is felt quite good, from the performance variable dimension addressed that the dimension of the identity of the worker is the highest dimension compared to other dimensions. The results of statistical tests show a correlation value of -0.756 or (75.6%) thus there is a strong negative relationship between variables, meaning that if the variable double role conflict increases, it will be followed by a decrease in the Performance variable where the value of regression equation Y = 0.222 - 0.980X thus the pure value of the performance variable is 0.222 while the contribution of the multiple role conflict variable is -0.980, so if double variable conflict increases or increases by 1 point, it will be followed by a decrease in the Performance variable, the results of the hypothesis test are the lowest. hat tcount -8,787> ttable -2,000) (Ha) with ρ = 0,000 <α = 0.05, then the dual role conflict can be used as a parameter to decrease performance.
