Abstract

ABSTRAK: The result of data processing on simultaneous test between Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Leadership (X2) to Performance (Y), resulting correlation of 0.771 thus there is a positive relationship between variables (Interpersonal Communication and Leadership) simultaneously to Performance where the value of regression equation Ŷ = 13,162 + 0,280X1 + 0,813X2 thus pure value of performance variable 13,162 while contribution of variable of emotional intelligence equal to 0,280 and contribution of variable of Leader 0,813 result hypothesis test seen Fcount 57,3184> Ftable 3,13 then (Ha) accepted then ρ = 0,000 <α = 0.05 then Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Leadership (X2) simultaneously have a significant relationship to Performance
