Financial ratio analysis based on a balanced scorecard is one of the performance measurement tools that uses financial and non-financial aspects. The data used in this research method are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the government-owned Sharia Bank (BSM) and private-owned Sharia Bank (BUKOPIN) while the sample in this study was obtained from the annual report of the government-owned Sharia Bank (BSM) and private-owned Sharia Bank (BUKOPIN). The results of the study were measured using formulas and using data analysis processing that is descriptive and inferential. This study aims to determine the level of growth in financial performance in analyzing the financial ratios of Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Syariah BUKOPIN based on the balanced scorecard with a mixed method study.
The results of this study were obtained from the analysis of financial statements in measuring the growth rate of CAR, NPL / NPF, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO, LDR / FDR financial ratios that could affect the level of financial performance of the Islamic banking. From the results of the analysis of financial ratios can also systematically and factually describe the financial performance of government-owned Islamic Banks (BSM) and private-owned Islamic Banks (BUKOPIN), whether managing capital, earning asset quality, profitability, liquidity, effectiveness, and financial profitability is already running good enough, as well as any efforts that need to be done in analyzing the financial ratios in improving the financial performance of Islamic banking.
