THE EFFECT OF POSITION DESCRIPTION, CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND COMPETENCY OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN NUCLEAR INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT CENTER OF NATIONAL ATOM MANPOWER
ABSTRACT: Hypothesis test results simultanly show that all independent variables have a significant influence on performance, but the other side of the performance variable shows that this variable tends to be insignificant given the low level of employee attention to the application of operating procedures in particular; discipline in the application of work equipment, employees do not follow the actual work schedule, employees do not use work instructions and employees do not use working hours as arranged and the lack of sensitivity of employees to remind ability. The partial hypothesis test shows that there is a positive influence between job descriptions on performance with the correlation test results seen a strong positive relationship between variables, from the results of hypothesis testing the job description variable has a significant effect on performance. Data processing results on career development variables with positive correlation values relatively strong between variables, thus if the career development variable rises it will be followed by a strengthening of the performance variable. Hypothesis test values seen in this variable also have a significant positive effect on performance variables. On the competency variable with the correlation test results seen a strong positive relationship between variables, from the regression test also seen a positive contribution between competency and performance, from the results of the hypothesis hypothesis variable competency has a significant effect on performance.
