Abstract

ABSTRACT; The results of data processing on the variable Adversity Quotient (AQ) resulted in a strong negative relationship meaning that the variable Adversity Quotient (AQ) was increased for each employee faced with the desire of employees to stop working has decreased, this can be seen in testing the regression equation where the variable Adversity Quotient (AQ) AQ) with a negative value means that if the variable Adversity Quotient (AQ) increases, it will be followed by a decrease in the desire to stop for the value of regression and this is declared significant. In testing between compensation for the desire to stop working also with a negative condition in the correlation test means that if the compensation variable is increased it will be followed by a decline in the desire to stop working, this case is proven in hypothesis testing where compensation is significantly negative for the desire to stop working, the results of testing simultaneously generated correlation negative, meaning that if the independent variable both Adversity Quotient (AQ) and compensation are increased it will be followed by a decrease in the desire of employees to stop working and this is declared significant.
