Abstract

The result of regression equation test is Y = 20.077-0.549X1 (Commitment of Org) - 0,295X2 (Organizational Culture) indicates that the pure value of Organizational Culture variables is 22,077, while the contribution of Organizational Commitment vairabel is -0.549 and contribution of Organizational Culture -0.295 thus good culture organization and commitment are two things (variable) which gives negative pressure result of hypothesis testing seen Fcount -30.476> Ftabel -3,07 then (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) accepted with ρ = 0,000 <α = 0,05 thus Commitment variable Organization (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) simultaneously have a significant negative effect on Turnover Intension.
