ABSTRACT: Against the assessment between the implementation of outsorcing with performance with a correlation value of 0.771 thus there is a very strong positive relationship between variables where the value of the regression equation is Y = 8,209 + 0,6719X The regression test results show pure performance value of 8,209 The contribution value of the outsorcing variable is 0.671 results hypothesis test tcount 11.303> ttable 2,000, then (Ha) is accepted ρ = 0,000 <α = 0.05 thus the variable Implementation of Outsorcing is declared significant to the Performance variable. The results of simultaneous data processing resulted in a correlation of 0.773 thus there was a strong positive relationship between variables (Intentions of Turnover and Application of Outsorcing) simultaneously on Performance, the value of multiple linear regression equations seen Y = 4.955 + 0.077X1 + 0.642X2 showed a pure value of the performance variable of 4.955 while the contribution of the variable Intention of Turnover 0.077 for the contribution of the Implementation of Outsorcing of 0.642 the results of the hypothesis test looks Fcount 63, 648> Ftable 1.72 then (Ha) is accepted with ρ = 0,000 <α = 0.05 and thus the Turnover intention variable (X1 ) and Implementation of Outsorcing (X2) simultaneously have a significant relationship to Performance. One of the recommendations in this research is on the performance variable things that need attention are on the honesty dimension, this can be started from the supervisor or the leader who must objectively give an assessment to both permanent employees and outscoring employees
